And don’t forget that luscious chocolate — just make sure it’s dark chocolate to maximize its benefits. Not only does this antioxidant packed snack helps stimulate cell regeneration, but a study from the Harvard School of Public Health also found that coco, the primary ingredient in chocolate, also helps boost heart health by increasing blood flow, fighting blood clots, and lowering “bad” cholesterol.
And don’t forget the sexy side effects! Chocolate has been used for centuries as an aphrodisiac — yet another good reason to indulge in a little extra today ;)
