Freeze & Go Instant Smoother and Brightener is Freeze 24/7’s latest wrinkle-smoothing product slated for launch this Fall.

Though Freeze & Go’s container is still in development, the actual face cream is finished. Unlike traditional wrinkle creams, this one is designed to be used over your makeup to maximize convenience and ease-of-use.

For a quick, before-and-after comparison, a small amount of the cream was applied to the skin on one of the knuckles on my right hand. Similar to Freeze 24/7’s original Anti-Wrinkle cream, the Freeze & Go cream worked quickly to smooth the wrinkles on my knuckle. The finer lines on my skin even seemed, albeit temporarily, to disappear.

It was also clear that Freeze & Go had a brightening effect on my skin. Though Freeze & Go is colorless, I suspect that it might be a bit too light for use on darker skin tones. I can’t make that call quite yet, however, without having used it on my face.

The demo version of Freeze & Go’s dispenser is impressive. About the size of a small cell phone, the sleek and portable cherry-red compact features a built-in mirror and twist mechanism to dispense the actual product.

As for the future of Freeze 24/7? Though Freeze 24/7 has PlumpLips IceSticks, the color version of the original Plump Lips Lip Plumper, the company has no plans to further expand its makeup line to offer traditional color cosmetics such as foundations, blush, or eyeshadows.

According to Carol Turick, Freeze 24/7’s Vice President of Retail Development and Education, Freeze 24/7 is sticking to its strength: anti-aging skin care.
