Guerlain Lip Plumper Designed to Make Your Friends Jealous

Guerlain Kiss Kiss Liplift is a new lip primer that preps lips for smoother lipstick application and longer-wearing lip color.

What’s interesting about Liplift is that it contains micro beads that expand when they come into contact with the moisture in your lips (sounds similar to LipFusion lipgloss).
