Sometimes, our most glamorous moments are the ones spent behind closed doors.
How many Saturdays have you run around, dressed in jeans, a T-shirt, and comfortable shoes? Getting up before noon to clean something or other before slugging down a latte from a cardboard cup and then moving on to the nearest weekend shoe sale?
Not today, makeup moxies. Today we’ll take a lesson from the unabashedly feminine “Woman in Red,” an Art Deco painting by the irrepressible Tamara De Lempicka.
Spend a diva-esque day luxuriating in your lingerie and red lipstick. Why not? It’s almost as unadulterated as glamour gets ;)
