Drugstore Makeup Junkie Goes to Rehab
A new “power” player in the drugstore mineral market?

Happy Saturday, Makeup Moxies!
As you may have suspected, I ransacked my local drugstore and spent the past week reviewing some of the hot new products that I thought you might be interested in.
Out of all of them, only one was a true drugstore superstar, so if you missed any of these reviews, you’ll definitely want to check them out:
As for me? I’m feeling a little burnt out on my drugstore finds. Though I love me a good three dollar lip balm, Sephora’s siren song is calling me home…

Rita’s right, your reviews are so helpful!
You’ve basically saved me from making so many poor make up choices/wasting money, which I’ve done so many times and your recommendations are dead onnnn.
Thanks again.

Stacey! Oh, thank you so much for reading my blog and leaving such a sweet comment! It means so much to me that you’ve found the reviews helpful…it means I’m doing my job right!!
But I really think that the best reviews are the ones where our fellow makeup moxies chime in and share their own opinions…so any time you read a review on this blog and you want to share a thought on a product — whether you agree or disagree — please, please share your opinion, too! Thanks again for your comment ; )
And hi there, “help” : ) Unfortunately, I haven’t tried either of those Maybelline products, yet.
Since you have combo/acne prone skin, you might like Milani Minerals Loose Powder foundation. It does a pretty good job of controlling oil and and, unless your skin is sensitive to bismuth oxychloride (which is fairly rare), this makeup is unlikely to cause breakouts.
I hope that helps. If you try the Milani foundation, please be sure to let me know how it goes! If you find that it doesn’t work well for you, we can try to find you something else that does ; )
