A saliva-activated lip plumper?

, LipFusion has just added a new member to its line of lip plumping products.
LipFusion Plump + Replump Liquid Lipstick is supposed to combine the shine of a gloss, moisturizing ability of a lip balm, and the creamy pigment of a lipstick into one micro-injected-collagen- infused liquid lip product. That’s a mouthful, isn’t it (or maybe lip-full, as the case may be)?
What makes this product unique is that it not only “plumps” lips, but it is also supposed to “replump” your lips when you lick them (the lipstick’s plumping ability is supposedly reactivated with moisture).
I’m skeptical about this replumping thing, but I’ll certainly give Fusion Beauty credit for creativity.
