Cargo Blu_Ray Mascara Review
Unlike the mattifier and lipgloss palette from Cargo’s Blu_Ray High Definition Collection, I’m not as impressed by the collection’s mascara.
Cargo Blu_Ray High Definition mascara has a comb applicator with short, fine teeth that effectively coat the lashes with very little clumping.
While this buildable mascara offers nice length and decent thickness, it has a tendency to slightly uncurl lashes. Furthermore, the mascara shows some smudging after about six hours of wear (however, it removes very easily with cleanser and water).
Those with naturally curly lashes (that don’t uncurl easily) might want to try out this mascara. Overall, however, I’m just not “wowed” by this product and I don’t really recommend it.

I got the primer today -thanks to my lovely beau - I’m pretty damn excited to review it! the colour was very off-putting until I tested it on my arm - it blends very very well. I’m excited to test it while I go on my starbucks run tomorrow.

Yep, I’ve tried it out in almost every situation:
With foundation alone, foundation with moisturizer, and all on its own! I noticed that it doesn’t last too long with a foundation/moisturizer combo if it isn’t set with powder (ordering some of MACs MSF natural should help some!), but with regular old foundation and on its own, its pretty nice! I’ll be posting the official review on my blog tomorrow, but I already discussed it lots on my forum!
YESSS I have my own forum for PR. I feel so cool, even with 13ish members, haha.
Oh, and looking at the mascara, it seems okay - but if I want a mascara with teeth, I’ll stick to the Lash Exact and Volum’ Express/Lash Discovery combo. Hello waterproof!

I didn’t have problems with applying this stuff over a light moisturizer (but I’ve done that when my skin is feeling dry).
Where’s your forum at? I’ll have to stop by and visit!
I actually like the comb on the blu_ray mascara better than the one on my beloved Lash Exact…but, yes, if you want waterproof, stick with the Maybelline power houses ; )
