Want a hint of glint in your wink?

PHOTO: Sephora.com

I’ve been fiendish about gold highlighters lately…and apparently the beauty world is too. Or is it the beauty world that’s brought on my highlighter lust?

Either way, I just spotted a few more creamy gold highlighters to add to my ever-growing list of objects of desire.

Topping my list is the new Dior Bronze Luminizer penicon ($33, Nordstrom). Sleek and purse-friendly, this luminizer comes in two shades: Pink Gold and Shimmering Bronze.

Another new highlighter to hit Sephora is Stila’s Silk Eye Shadow Wash ($22), which is a pinkish-gold liquid-to-powder eyeshadow that can be used anywhere you want a little kiss of shimmer.

Similarly, the new Shimmer Shine Liquid Eye Shadow by Bourjois ($16, Sephora) offers high-gloss color and an intense metallic sheen. It sounds perfect for a glitzy wink of color on a hot summer night ; )

you’d probably like tarte’s lock and roll creaseless eyeshadow duo if you like these. if you aren’t careful, you get a sheen that’s just a little TOO intense, but that may be right up your alley. :]

oooh, I love Lock n Roll! And I agree, you can go crazy with it (which can be a good thing…or not ; ) but since the more sparkley powder is separated from the cream, it’s easier to control.

mm exactly. though I have to be a little lighthanded with the creme, cos that stuff is a little too hot for me, haha. never knew a creme could be THAT pigmented!

lol, I just thought of another liquid eyeshadow that was really high-charged like that…Bourjois waterproof liquid eyeshadow something-or-other (they don’t make it anymore). It came in a little squeeze tube, was super shiny, and didn’t budge…I wonder if Bourjois’ new shadow that I mentioned above is that good.

sounds like my former go to base by wet n wild - also in a squeeze tube, but less shiny. and it lasted for ages. had a few glittery flakes here or there, but god, if that stuff never came off. I think I’ll have to buy it again just for the nostalgia!

sarahPUFFY! Is that the same Wet n Wild that you were raving about awhile back? I need to remember to check that stuff out!
