New ‘Mineral Water’ Eye Brightening Pencil from Too Faced

A brightening eye pencil that gets rid of dark circles, calms puffiness, increases firmness, elasticity, and circulation, and serves as an eye primer?

That’s one tall order, but the ever-creative Too Faced claims that its new Mineral Water Eye Brightening Pencilicon can perform all of these eye-beautifying feats.

Furthermore, Too Faced states that this pencil is created using more than 35% water and that it feels cool to the touch.

The pencil comes in only a single, “one-color-fits-most” shade that can be used to brighten under-eye circles or to illuminate the inner corners of the eyes to help you look more awake and refreshed.

Skeptical of the “one-color-fits-most” color? Me too. Nevertheless, this pencil is one that I’d definitely like to try out.

The Too Faced ‘Mineral Water’ Eye Brightening Pencilicon is available for $18 from Nordstrom.icon

Has anyone tried the Too Faced Mineral Eye Brightening Pencil yet? I would love to hear what you think of it ; )

I saw a pencil similar to that on QVC a few weeks ago.

    What brand was it?

    P.S. — Rubii, I love how you’re a QVC beauty junkie, lol! : )

Yes, I have tried it, it’s absolutely amazing, my skin around my eye area makes me look 16 again, it’s insane! Go out and get one today! (I even tried it on my husband to see the difference, he could not believe it!

Wow! That good, huh? I’ll definitely have to give it a try ; )

lol, and by the way, did you try it out on your husband…as in you applied it to his eyes? If so, that’s very cool of him. My boyfriend won’t even let me get near him with a (colorless) chapstick ; )

I recently purchased this pencil and oddly, it IS cool to the touch…very strange. However I find, at least ofor me, it can go on a bit heavy to conceal dark circles in a natural way. Great to highlight and brighten the corners of the eye, but I prefer a smoother liquid for under eye area.

Interesting! This pencil sounds a little like one made by Maybelline awhile back. And I agree with you — I prefer smoother liquid concealer/highters for the under-eye area : )

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with this pencil!
