Global Goddess Complexion Perfection
Truly designed for goddesses from all over the globe, the Global Goddess Complexion Perfection Duo features a cream foundation and coordinating cream concealer in one travel-friendly compact.
One of this product’s main selling points is its ability to match a wide range of skin tones — from very fair to very dark as well as those lovely, but often hard-to-match mid-tones in between.
But does Complexion Perfection work? Yes. Though this cream-to-powder foundation initially feels a little thick, it glides on smoothly and easily blends into a light-weight, satin-matte finish.
Coverage. While this versatile foundation provides solid medium coverage, it can easily be layered on for full coverage or you can apply it with a damp sponge for a more sheer, dewey finish (which is my preferred method of application).
Skin Types. Pretty much all except the most extreme skin types will be happy with this long-wearing foundation. Extremely dry skin types may find the semi-matte formula to feel a bit drying and will definitely want to wear a good moisturizer under this foundation. Very oily skin types will find that they’ll need to freshen up with a midday face-blotting tissue.
The Concealer. While I really like the Complexion Perfection foundation, I absolutely love the concealer that makes up the other half of the Complexion Perfection Duo. More emollient than the foundation, the smooth, perfectly matched cream concealer easily covers up beauty boo-boos and dark circles without creasing or looking cakey.
The Bottom Line on this Product. Highly recommended, the Global Goddess Complexion Perfection Duo is available from for $40 from www.globalgoddessbeauty.com, Victoria’s Secret, and HSN.
Has anyone tried this foundation/concealer duo by Global Goddess? What do you think of it?

arg! I remember this stuff! I saw the website, and was intrigued…till I saw the price tags. I got off that site faster than I would run out of 3rd hour chemistry. its great to know that you truly get bang for your buck, though!

LOL, sarahPUFFY, I love your value-savvy beauty shopping!
And I didn’t buy this compact, it was sent to me by the company…but I’d definitely buy it on my own now that I’ve tried it. I think it’s especially worth it for women with mid-range/ethnic skin tones (me! me!) who really have problems finding the right shade of foundation.

I’m so glad you found a foundation that you love! And I haven’t tried any other GG products yet, but I do love the foundation/concealer duo.
And I totally understand where you’re coming from! It sounds like we have a very similar skin tone : ) I almost always have to buy two shades of the same foundation, so that I can custom mix to get the right color. GG is one of the few that matched perfectly ; )

Okay, I guess I jumped the gun. I’m totally in love with Global Goddess now. I’ve learned the error of my ways (and I even turned down an offer to take Chemistry II).
I ended up getting interested in it again because Shalini added me on FB a while back! So now I’m waiting for some stuff to arrive in the mail so I can give a fair review. :)
