Tarte 24/7 Lip Sheers
While I’m a real fiend for my MAC Tendertone lip balm, I’ve been looking for something a little different lately.
I’ve been wanting a stick lip balm that’s tinted, but not over-pigmented. Shiny, but not too glossy. Lush and hydrating, but definitely not too thick or sticky. And I also wanted something that had at least some SPF in it.
So what did I finally come up with? Tarte Lip Sheer with SPF 15.
Though it took me awhile to discover this little lippie, I am now in total tinted lip balm love. With it’s soft shine, subtle tint and light texture, Tarte’s tinted lip balm meets all the requirements I listed above.
Highly recommended, Tarte Lip Sheers come in nine colors (I like the sheer nude shade, Champagne Brunch) and are available for $14 from Sephora.

I think that the whole concept about organic make up is the best ever , so spf , its really wonderful stops the lips from burning in really over bearing heat wonderful. Ce

I agree. It’s super important to be using a good SPF on your lips…especially at this time of year!

I’m thinking ‘friday’ could be nice, all the shades look wearable. Too many to choose, at least I can wear ‘champagne brunch’ to work without looking overdone.

Have you tried Revlon’s new Beyond Naturals tinted lip balms yet? They’re very similar to these Tarte Lip Sheers. I think you’d like them ; )
