Lancome’s new Maharani Jewels collection

Beauty lust alert: Lancome is launching its luxe Maharani Jewels collection this month. Inspired by the exotic jewels that would adorn the neck of a Maharani, or princess, this collection celebrates the colorful and elaborate designs rooted in Indian culture.
Particularly covet-worthy is the collection’s elephant bronzer.
Packed with shades of shimmery gold and bronze powder, this compact bears the charming figure of an elephant (often regarded as a symbol of India) embossed right into the powder. Definitely an object of desire, the bronzer and the rest of the Maharani Jewels collection is scheduled to hit stores later this month.

ooooooh!!! I love this and want this–and I don’t even use bronzer–and probably wouldn’t use this one! It’s just too pretty!

Hello lovelies! Sorry for the delayed response!
Rubii: I have my eye on that quad too, don’t the colors look so rich and sexy?
Mikaella: Me too! I think it’s one of the most dramatic, well-thought-out collections to come out in awhile.
Trish: You’re hilarious! And I know how you feel about not wanting to mess up a pretty palette…but once I dig in and the color looks beautiful when applied, I feel much better about it : )
Toya: Isn’t it killer? You should definitely review it for your “Bronzers for Brown Girls” series ; )
