As part of its new Wicked Lovely collection, Smashbox recently released three limited edition shades of Wicked Lovely Lip Gloss.
Because I haven’t tried these new lippies yet, I’m not sure whether the formula is much different from Smashbox’s Lip Enhancing Gloss (of which I’m a fan). This new gloss, however, does promise an extra luxe finish with a “seductive shine.”
Since I’m always a sucker for a pretty pout, I’m definitely adding this gloss to my list of Objects of Desire.
Oh, and as a useless, but cute, bonus, this lipgloss also features a detachable leather tassel charm on the cap. Am I detecting a growing trend in “accessorized” makeup?

Oooh!! Just the name itself makes me want it.(…and the pretty design on the tube…and the tassel..wow, packaging really does a lot for suckers like me! hahaha!)
Actually, I was about to give you props, Jazmin, I thought you came up with that phrase, “Wicked Lovely”!!! :D

LOL, hi Trish! haha, I wish I came up with the name, “Wicked Lovely” ; )
And, yes, that packaging can get you every time, but hopefully it’s as good on the inside as it is on the outside (though predict they are because I like Smashbox lipgloss : )
But, actually, I’m a little on the fence about the tassel. Is it supposed to look like a little whip? (in going with that whole “wicked” theme)…because to me it looks kind of Western, lol

hahaha! The tassel, along with the lacy design on the bottle, makes me think of those scandalous nipple tassels that those old time burlesque dancers used to wear! Now that’s “Wicked Lovely”!!!! hahaha!

LOL! Ok, I’m glad I’m not the only one thinking “wicked lovely” thoughts about the tassel!
The scroll design on the tube sort of reminds me of a tattoo and I thought the tassel looked like a mini-whip…so the whole thing is kind of S&M-ish looking to me…but I like the idea of your Burlesque dancers better!!

I have the Wicked Lovely lip gloss in Coy. Very nice pale peachy color. Not as smooth as Smashbox’s Enhancing glosses - a little on the sticky side. It has a slight vanilla scent to it, too. The tassle thing gets it the way….

Thanks for sharing your opinion of this lipgloss! Lol, and that’s unfortunate about the tassle…is there a way to detach it?

I just got the Wicked Lovely lip gloss in Coy and I can’t stop putting it on and i’m not really one to pat on much makeup, I really like it because its not sticky like a lot of other lip glosses and it does leave a very nice shine and makes the lips appear fuller and plumper
