Philosophy breaks out the mistletoe?
Retailers seem to push their holiday products earlier and earlier every year…and this year is no exception.
Known for its seasonal beauty goodies, Philosophy just released its Under the Mistletoe ornament ($28, Sephora), a festive little tube packed with three holiday-themed lipglosses: Gingerbread, Orange Cranberry Spritzer and Spicy Pear Cobbler.
But let’s get real here, makeup moxies. Sure, Philosophy was already selling its über-cute Haunted House set while we were still soaking in our last days of summer. But Christmas in September? That’s just too early for me…though that spicy pear cobbler lipgloss does sound sort of irresistable, doesn’t it?

Spicy pear sounds good but not something I affiliate with the holiday season

Aleksie, I agree, it’s not something I associate with the holidays, either. And, now that I think of it, I think the orange-cranberry spritzer flavor would make me think of Thanksgiving more than Christmas…but Philosophy’s not getting away with the whole Gingerbread thing, lol
Good point about the price, Amanda…though these lippies are normally $12 each, which would make the set a good deal if the glosses were full-sized (and I”m not sure if they are).
