Blush star Todd Homme dies at 23
Some unbelievably sad news: Todd Homme, one of the finalists of Blush: The Search for the Next Great Makeup Artist, passed away in his sleep last Saturday.
The cause of Todd’s death is still unknown. According to a story that ran on TVGuide.com, Todd’s mother Marianne Amster told TV Guide that Todd simply went to sleep and didn’t wake up.
Amster said that reports from the medical examiner did not reveal drug or alcohol use nor could doctors find anything else wrong with the seemingly healthy 23-year-old.
After six weeks of watching Todd on Blush, it was apparent that the young artist was immensely talented, passionate and kind. Our deepest condolences go out to his family, partner and friends.

i watch the show and could not believe the very end of it. So i had to find out and here i am. he and nolan were my favorite. its sad to see a persons talent cut short and come to an end.
my prayers go out to his family and friends.

I am just sick about Todd. What a sweet kind and talented person. I am so sorry for the loss and my prayers go out to his family.
On a lighter note, the winner is who I picked. The judges got it right. Loved th show

My deepest condolences to Todd’s family, will keep him in my prayers. As they said in the show he was profecional and worked well and organized and the models always ejoyed him.
Is a shame to lose such talented and caring person.

I was absolutely shocked by the finally of the show. Todd was my absolute favorite contestant. God bless his family and friends with the strength to get through this untimely death.
